The most popular electric roof fan for ambulances, horse trucks, buses and commercial vehicles. 850 m³/h of suction or blowing power under a streamlined cover, available in 12V and 24V, white or black.

The Le Mans is where style meets raw airflow. A sleek, low-profile cover (only 64 mm above the roof, so it sits happily next to solar panels) hides a motor that moves 850 m³/h in either direction: suck hot, humid or contaminated air out, or blow fresh air in. It is the ventilator that bodybuilders across Europe specify when a vehicle simply has to stay fresh.

Choose 12V for vans, campers and passenger vehicles, or 24V for trucks, coaches and buses. Both versions are EMC approved, so they will not interfere with your vehicle electronics. Prefer a passive solution? The motorless version uses the same 230 mm roof cut-out and can be upgraded to electric later.

Finish the installation with a 3-way switch (blow / off / suck), an optional speed controller and one of our interior valves or grilles. Everything fits the same 230 mm opening.

How large does the roof opening need to be?

A 230 mm hole. The roof ring covers up to 245 mm, so a slightly oversized cut is no problem.

Is it loud?

At full speed the Le Mans measures 52 dB(A). Add the optional speed controller to run it quietly at a fraction of the speed, which most camper and ambulance users do at night.

Is it waterproof?

The Le Mans is designed to shrug off heavy rain in normal use. For extreme conditions, add the snow filter, which also keeps out insects.

Which voltage do I need?

12V for passenger cars, vans and most campers; 24V for trucks, coaches and buses. Check your vehicle's system voltage before ordering.

How do I mount it?

Cut a 230 mm hole, protect the edge against corrosion, point the arrow on the ring in the driving direction and bond the ring with an MS polymer adhesive or screw it through the eight rim holes. Fit the interior grille or valve before wiring.
