We only collect the data needed to process your order, answer your questions and, if you opt in, send you occasional product updates. We never sell your data.

What we store

Name, company, address, email, phone, order history and, for trade accounts, VAT number. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Cookies

Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage. We use privacy-friendly analytics without cross-site tracking.

Who processes your data

Orders and payments are handled by Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland) on our behalf; the contact and trade forms are delivered through FormSubmit. Both act as processors and only receive the data needed to complete your order or answer your message. Carriers receive your name, address and phone number for delivery.
