Orders placed before 15:00 CET on working days ship the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Netherlands and Belgium: next working day. Germany, France, Austria, Denmark: 2 to 3 working days. Rest of EU: 3 to 5 working days. UK, Switzerland, Norway: 4 to 7 working days, duties may apply.

Returns & warranty

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Products that have been installed or cut to size cannot be returned unless defective. All products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Electric motors are EMC approved and tested before dispatch.

Trade customers: returns and warranty claims are handled through your account contact. Keep the article number and the batch label from the box.
