Terms of sale

These terms apply to all orders placed on pegasusdepot.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include 21% Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise. Trade accounts are invoiced ex-VAT where a valid EU VAT number is provided. Payment by iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact or SEPA transfer; approved trade accounts may pay on 30-day terms.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Check the parcel on receipt and report transport damage within 48 hours.

Warranty

Two years against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Excluded: wear, incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, mechanical damage and modifications. Warranty is repair or replacement at our discretion.

Specifications

Technical data is taken from the manufacturer's datasheets and may be updated without notice. Always check the current drawing before cutting a roof.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
